Jasper is about 5'7" with a slender build. He has dirty blonde hair that is often seen in a disarray. Being the newest to the vegetation ways that the Cullen's have Jasper's eyes are not the same shade of gold that his family mates have. But when he is full his eyes are golden just not the same shade of the rest of his family. When he is hungry they are black. Black as the night.
!DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
When most see Jasper for the first time, he might look almost like he is in pain or smells something not pleasant. The truth to this is that he can feel everyone's emotion. Human and not so human. This ends up taking a huge toll on him. He tries to keep his distance to keep them all at the lowest level he can. Doesn't always work. Jasper is often seen with Alice close by. She is always so happy that it helps keep him relaxed and calm. From head to toe, Jasper is covered in small crescent moon shape bits. Only a fellow vampire can see these marks though.

!STYLE Jasper tries to blend in. Usually choosing his attire to fit with those around him. He doesn't like standing out. He always tries to keep a coat on. If he is unable to wear a coat then he will still wear the long sleeves. He tries to hide the marks that cover his entire body. Even if humans can't see them, other vampires can and he doesn't like showing them.

!STRENGTHS Jasper has the ability to control and manipulate the emotions around him. As a human he had the ability to get people to see his point of view and could often persuade them to do what he wanted. As a vampire it was a lot more subtle. Without their knowing, he could make them calm or excited.

!BIGGEST FEAR Failing and going back to his old ways. Back to attacking humans. Jasper hates what he has done. He would do almost anything to stop it. Feeling the fear that his victims felt as he attacked them started to play a huge toll on him.
!BIGGEST DREAM To be with and protect Bella. He was drawn to her, even while she was human. Now that she was a vampire he was free to be with her.
!THE PERSONALITY
Due to his special ability, Jasper tends to keep his distance from everyone. Everyone except for Alice. He is very easy going most of the time. But is also very timid when it come to being around humans. He doesn't trust himself around them. Being the newest of the Cullen's to adapt to their way of life. It harder on him. Especially with his background.
Around Alice, Jasper is the most relaxed. She is the one person that can help him relax. He is so use to being able to control everyone else's emotions that to have his controlled by someone often worries him. But he trusted Alice completely.
For fun, Jasper likes to play baseball. Who in the Cullen's don't? But he really enjoys it. He is the first ready to play whenever they can. Unlike his brothers, Jasper doesn't cheat. Ok, he doesn't cheat as bad as Edward or Emmett.

Jasper joined the Cullen family along with Alice. He became another son to Esme and Carslie. To keep up pretenses, he claims to be the twin brother of Rosalie Hale. Edward and Emmett are his brothers and Alice his sisters. To everyone they were the adopted children of the young couple.
!FRIENDS
Most of everyone likes Jasper. He is really easy to like. Of course if he wanted to he could make everyone like him. After joining the Cullen's he spent most of his time with Alice. Of course he did do things with his brothers, but he wasn't as close to them as they were with each other.
For the longest time he thought Alice was his soul mate. He loved her and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with her. She was the one that help him relax when he needed. Alice gave him the ability to believe in himself.
Upon meeting Bella, Jasper realized that he might have been wrong about Alice. He soon fell in love with her but when he attacked her, he felt so bad that he left. But being in love only made him come back to make sure she was safe and happy . Only he didn't find her happy at all. After an attack and her becoming a vampire, Jasper was safe to be around her, finally.

!THE HISTORY
As a human Jasper was better known as Jasper Whitlock. He was born in 1843 and grew up in Houston, Texas. In 1859 he lied about his age to join the military. He told them he was 20 when in reality he was only 17. He was accepted into the Confederate States Army to serve during the Civil War. Even as a human, Jasper had the ability to get people to see things his way. With his charming effects he quickly rose thru the ranks until he became the youngest Major in the Army.
In 1863, at the age of 20, Jasper was turned into a vampire by a vampire named Maria. Maria wanted to stake claim on the southern states, so she 'recruited' him into her army. He was appointed as the leader of her new born vampire army. Jasper was in charge of training the newborns and disposing them once they had reached their prime.
Time passed and Jasper started to developed a conscious. He didn't like what he was doing to the humans he was killing. So he left Maria and wondered around with a fellow vampire named Peter. But he still felt the same shame. Soon he left them to wander alone again.
In a diner in Philadelphia, Jasper met a young lady that would change his life. At the moment he didn't realize it. But he would soon find out that the young woman was a fellow vampire and who he thought was his soul mate Alice. Together they went off to find the Cullen's, who Alice had seen in one of her visions.
After meeting Bella, Jasper realized that she was the one he was suppose to be with. But after he attacked her at her birthday party, he had to keep his distance. After fighting if for as long as he could, Jasper gave up and went back to be with her. To protect her. But he wasn't able to do that and she was attacked. No one realized this until it was to late and she was one of them.

Sitting on the ground with her head in her hands, Alice was beside herself. Where was Jasper when you really, really needed him. She knew that she had no right to be angry with him. She only wished he was there. If he was there wouldn't be any need to worry. Or at least not to worry as much. Letting out a unneeded sigh, Alice looked back up.
Her gaze followed in the direction that Nessie had taken off in. "Now where is she going." Alice asked. She understood that she was angry but throwing a fit like this was totally uncalled for. Alice had to agree with Esme about Nessie being just like Bella. "Oh and don't forget about her father. Edward is just as bad as Bella. If not. . ." Her voice trailed off. Not only did Alice's comment drop off mid-sentence but her face fell. A vision was coming. It was fuzzy but she was still getting it.
Nessie's hair blowing in the breeze. She was being carried by someone. Alice couldn't see the face at first. Just as the person started to come into view the blur ran off.
Alice looked back up at Esme. "Nessie is in trouble. Someone from the Volturi has her. I think its Jane. It feels like Jane." Just as Alice said it a scream could be heard on the air. Alice stared in the direction of the sound. "NO." It was all she could say.
